Illustrating the Xeon Phi

Intel's Xeon Phi family of processors (Knights Corner) is targeted towards servers and supercomputers, designed to eventually reach an exaflop. 60 cores (64 in illustration) connected together through a bi-directional ring fit on a single die,  using GDDR5 memory cores with peak of 320GB/s.
